Mr. Ryne Sandel is a Criminal Defense Attorney that attended Texas A&M University for both undergraduate and law school and graduated 6th in his class. Prior to becoming a criminal defense attorney, he worked in civil law with personal injury claims giving him varied law experience. He is currently employed at Whalen Law Firm and the firm tends to focus on federal cases. Because most of the cases have to do with the federal government, he meets with federal agencies in order to put the best defense together for his client. As a result, he has taken on a number of interesting cases and solidified his reputation as a Super Lawyer. He is a lawyer that focuses on his clients and is determined to provide the best defense that will lead to the best outcome based on what the client wants. Mr. Sandel has mentored other students in the past throughout the district.
Ms. Katherine Devlin
Criminal Defense Attorney
Ms. Katherine Devlin is a Criminal Defense Attorney and was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2016. She graduated with honors from the Southern Methodist University School of Law as well as other distinctions. Her majors in Criminal Justice and Family Studies provide her with a plethora of knowledge in criminal defense law. She is currently employed at Barbieri Law Firm which specializes in sex crimes. The firm believes that everyone deserves a defense and they strive to provide the best one possible. Ms. Devlin has just joined the rotation that enables her to take on cases Pro Bono to fulfill people's Miranda rights. This is Ms. Devlin's first time as a mentor, meaning that she will be bringing new ideas to the table.
